A course developed to target develop and measure your own personal wellbeing strategy to improve all aspects giving tangible benefits of implementing a good lifestyle, having a positive impact on, performance, resilience, focus, concentration, sleep and general health.

What to expect from this course

We keep our course participant sizes low to ensure that we can deliver the correct information to individuals as clear and precise as possible.

We allow for 16 people to attend with a minimum of 8.
