7 Step Programme

The 7 Step programme is a new programme designed for people who recognise that their pattern of behaviour needs to change, this has been written for individuals who feel as though they are generally ‘stuck’ or suffering from issues that are starting to impact significantly on their daily life. This is a focussed transformational and goal orientated programme. Typical challenges which I work on with clients are:

  • Anxiety
  • Confidence and self esteem
  • Work burn out
  • Depression
  • And many other issues

12 Step Programme

The 12-step programme is aimed at alcohol, drug and behavioural addictions. This programme will help you to recognise destructive thought processes and behaviours; it will focus on reducing the desire to engage in these behaviours and will support you with changing your lifestyle to prevent relapsing into a cycle of addictions. It will provide you with tools and resources to help you move on from where you are currently to where you want to be fulfilling your full potential and achieving your life goals. Typical challenges which I work on with clients are:

  • Alcohol dependency
  • Substance dependency
  • Addictive behaviours e.g. work, shopping, social media etc
  • Support through emotional effects of the above
  • And other general issues regarding addiction
